In our efforts to improve our overall service delivery to our valued customers, we are phasing out our old billing paper and introducing a new and improved one which customers will receive from this month.
Customers should therefore honour the new bill paper to be presented to them by our sales representatives. We urge our valued customers to use the new bill in settling their electricity bills and disregard whoever presents the old bil to them.
We also appeal to all our customers to insist on a receipt for any payment made."
